So my newest project is www.AnimeHub.org - Free Streaming Anime online. I'd love for you all to check it out and give me some feedback! Forgive me for having dead forums at the moment, I'm going through some problems due to my credit card being stolen ( ) and haven't had a chance to improve that area. Anyway, I'd love some feedback! |

Try working on a personalized theme, the default is a bit "dull" as some would say. Try to make it fit in with the content part of your site.
Get starting some topics, people don't want to join a dead forum, try making 10 to 15 posts a day. _________________ Truestar

Regarding your forum:
I like how it's well it's integrated with your website. I recommend changing "Library" to, say, "Debate Table", because "Library" makes it sound like that forum is for literature, but doesn't strike the feeling that it's a forum for argument about controversial subjects. I only found out because I actually paid attention to the forum description, something many people neglect to do.
I think "Graphics and Art" can be merged with "Creativity", because it's a form of creative work. Lastly, it strikes me as weird for you to have an anime forum, but no forum for cartoons or even all television and motion picture in general.
You might think about changing the names for some of the forums. They're mundane and overused, and strike a sense of deja vu to someone who's visited many forums. The names for your forum should be creative, but should give an idea of what the forum is about, rather than confusing someone and forcing him to read the description (e.g. "Immigrant Center" instead of "Introductions") . You can try using the thesaurus and browsing other forums for help. Alone, this may not mean much, but every bit helps towards distinguishing your forum, and giving the guest a sense that he's at a place worthwhile.
Hope this helps. I wish you all the best. _________________ [ The Infinity Program Forum ]

Much better from what I last saw it, the theme fits well with everything else.
It's been over a month since we lasted reviewed it, and there still aren't many topics. See if you have friends interested in the forum topic and ask for some help in creating discussion, I'm willing to bet that's your biggest issue now, otherwise it has improved immensely. _________________ Truestar

Well thanks a lot guys, every little bit does count. I'm trying to think of some creative ways to get people to the forums, and one that will help near instantly is a large button on every page of the site.
Other than that, yes the forum names do need some work. For the most part, I'm happy with the style and feel of the site, everything blends well. Hope my forum takes off!
Thanks!
