i've got myself an account with www.heartinternet.co.uk but i cant work out how to upload phpbb and my back up. idiots step by step instructions please!!

Sort of done it. Looks ok at first, but i reallly really could do with help. I cant access the admin controls! not good. I'm on msn if anyone could help me?
