I allow my staff below me to ban members from using specific sections if needed, they can also set to moderate their posts. When it comes to official full bans, I feel I would rather be the one to do it, so its done after a complete investigation is made and also because I will take all the heat from it instead of having a fellow staff member do it  _________________ ~Shawn
