private forum most often, if not them IM. Since both seem to get the quickest and most immediate responses. Email is generally too slow and i use as a last resort. My inbox is always full so pm is rarely useful >_<

Moderator Forum for issues that need announcing. PMs when it's a more private matter.

Moderator forum for the moderators. An Admin forum for the admins. We rarely PM stuff, and we only use email to send attachments to each other, or to alert me (as the admin with ftp-and-datbase access) when the site goes down.

I use several ways. Primary is the private boards. I have one for all the moderators and one for global or super mods only. This is where most of the general information transpires among and between mods and myself.

I depend on my global mods a lot so I have them (three of them) on my msn. I do not have the mods on, although the super mods have all the mods on their msn and often will let me know what is going on.

I private message if I need to speak to a specific mod about a specific issue.

I don't think I have ever used email, most are online daily.

Private Mod forums are my way. It just makes everything seem easier. Also, Moderators can chat about Mod stuff without having to constantly relay info through PM or E-Mail. Razz
