The best communities come from administrators to put their interests into actions. I get my ideas from things I enjoy. I rarely get to put these communities in a physical form as time constraints typically effect that, however the ideas are the easy part.

I think if anyone has an enjoyment or hobby should think about it. For all you know your idea about starting a forum for smilies could turn out to be a huge success. Smile

As far as creative ways to come up with them, I haven't had much of that as far as "inspiration". Most of my ideas come from just thinking. Wink
