Where people nominate folks, then you take the top nominations and make polls for those guys and award "Most Community Spirit" and "Most Improved Member" and the like?

I did it and it went well, but I must admit that I haven't posted the final results yet.

Yes, it's worked out great. Getting near time to do them again on both the sites I run them on.

How many users would you suggest having when you do one of these types of things? Actually - how many active members is what I mean...

I don't know. I'd probably like to have at least 50 daily users... ideally more like 100. When I started mine, I think it was more.

I have member of the month, people love it. I also have the site of the month since it's a webmaster community. And all the extra features are for the good members Wink
