I have a pretty close group of members, so when I request money for hosting fees, I normally get it and a little more. Next time around I plan on giving some to my 2nd in command.
I'm also implementing a Supporting Member option for those that want to donate via Paypal. If that works as well as I hope, my 2nd will get some cash, too.
My normal mods, nah, but my 2nd has done soooo much work for me he deserves it. Plus, he's a poor college student! |

On our site the moderators get benefits such as:-
1. No ads visible to them
2. Search results with more features
3. Free credits each month (worth 5 bucks n more) to use on requesting songs that come right away on the radio
4. And ofcourse experience that can be worth a lot for most of them.. as its a huge site
