Hello.
My real name is Ramona, so I am a female community admin, I'm 26 (still tell my age  ), I live in Romania and I struggle to manage my communities and make them nice and interesting.
I own Webmaster Tips & Tricks a community I built around a webmaster articles site. It's a smallish community, but I don't hurry, I have all the time
In my "normal" life I am a radio Dj and designer at an advertising firm. I have a dog (taken from the streets), a BF (hope to get married soon), I love music a lot, web development since I spend all my time doing it and Karate.
I try to show people a woman can be a good radio DJ, Karateka and web developer
Glad to be here. I'll do my best to support this community as much as I can
