I would get vBulletin, because I've used a free version of it before and loved it. (It was a free forum host that had vB as one of the options)

I would go with vB also. In fact, I'm probably going to here very soon for Writing Forums. I've used it on other projects and I think it's a really solid package. Best of the pay ones in my opinion.

I'd love vBulletin. The only thing that probably prevents me is the price tag of $160 for a lifetime license. The exchange rate isn't very favourable in my case, unfortunately Sad...
