I'm a beginner. Can someone give me direction on which files I need to edit to change layout?

Hey there,
The main files you will be editing for changing the template are:
- templates/<TEMP>/<TEMP>.css
- templates/<TEMP>/<TEMP>.cfg
- templates/<TEMP>/overall_header.tpl
- templates/<TEMP>/overall_footer.tpl
- templates/<TEMP>/index_body.tpl
