How many levels of staff do you have at your community? By levels, I am speaking of levels that are above one another. i.e. two teams of moderators with equal authority is one level, not two. Smile

On 6 of my communities, I have a 1 level staff - moderators. On 1 of my communities, I have a two level staff. The first level is, as described above, a level of "powerless" forum "guides", if you will, who report posts with violations, participate in staff discussions, welcome people, etc.. The second level is our moderators, which have moderator power in all public forums. Smile

On one forum I'm an admin on we have the Global Moderator mod installed. We have two Global Moderators and 2 moderators which only moderator certain forums for which their knowledge of the information within is specialized. I count them as two levels because not only do the GM's have moderation access on all forums, they also have shown themselves to be more diligent in their duties. Also I see the GM level as a semi-powerless Admin role, which could lead to becoming an admin on board.

1 Admin, 4 Super MOD's (which simply have access to the phpBB Toolkit plus normal mod rights), then 4 normal mods.

And I guess I have a bunch of unofficial group leaders that help along the new users. Smile

I have Administrators and Moderators. My forum has a Triumvirate Administration, and two moderators.
