Hello, and welcome to CommunityAdmins.com

As for you issue can you provide a link to the error?

What do you mean by more offline? Is the server going offline?

Hmmm. You have 186517 posts, and 5005 users.

If you are having MySQL connection errors, it sounds like time for a better server.

You'd better get a second opinion on that though.

Hello,

This site is not your property? And the owners have not designated you to run it? Is that correct?

Thanks.

It doesn't sound like there's much you can do. If they've given you permission to run it, you may find help by contacting the hosting service and sorting things out there, but if you are dealing with server slowness, there's not much you can do in the position you've described yourself as being in.

the owner put me and two others as admin/mods and hasnt been seen since 16th may. we have access and permission to do what we see fit BUT only access into the phpbb admin web thingy. only the owner has details of the server.

Ah, ok. Thanks for the clarification.

Nothing you can really do then, unfortunately.
