Image rotator php script used on phpbb

I have a php script that rotates images which I, along with community members, like to use to rotate custom sig images. Only, how do I make the phpbb forum accept the rotator.php url?

Along with this, I want to allow some html in the forums. However, when I set the allow html to yes and insert the tags that I want to allow, it still doesn't allow the tags.

Not sure on the first one but the seond one was taken out at a php udate version 15 I think it was.

I have just searched through all my hacks (I know I have it somewhere) but for the life of me I cant find it.

I cant find it on phpbbhacks.com either so it may well have been a post on phpbbhacks.com forum and not an actual mod.

If I find it I will post it for you.
