No worries. Smile I didn't mean to imply that it was the best way, was just answering your question.

I seen some hacks that remove the COPPA agreement, but is there still those two links (13over 13under)?

I saw some hack on phpbbhacks.com

anyways, I go away for a week over new year's holiday and look at the wonderful discussion it took place...by the way, SEEK LEGAL ADVICE, I can only tell you the laws I studied in Canada.

This is how I do it:

I have a 12 year old niece, and I think to myself "would I want her to be reading certain topics on the sex/love/relationships section?" or to look at certain images posted? NO

At the end, it is my site and I'll do what I want, I could put it that way...

I keep any information from an user private, I am the only admin, the rest of my staff are moderators...

I have installed that hack. I basically removes the coppa links from the terms page and replaces them with the links. agree to the terms or do not agree to the terms. I added into the terms in bold that the user must be over 13.

The remove coppa hack basically removes the language and faq parts of the coppa. and the emails are removed. Thats all it does. its a handy one tho Very Happy

My terms and conditions can be found here
