So please forgive me since I am new to all this. I just created my first forum. Okay it is through the easy to use hyperboards. Please check it out and let me know what you think and what I should change.

There's a review forum down toward the bottom of the index.

The news thing at the top looks good. Overall decent looking forum, but I guess since you're using a free host you can't customize it much. If you can get away from the free, maybe find a friend to host your board, you could customize it a lot more and make it more sports oriented looking.

Don't hide the forums for guest view. Your threads cannot be spidered by se Search Engines and that can really affect your traffic .. not to mention people don't like hidden forums ..

Unless it's just this computer, the forum looks displaced. No kind of formatting at all to me. Nice use of the forum, but I would highly recommend getting some other kind of forum.

Not to sound too critical but I think there's room for a lot of improvement.

1. Don't prevent guests from viewing your forum, atleast at this point of time.

2. Your colours seem inconsistent, and so are the fonts that are being used.

That's all I could say for now as I didn't register yet.

Don't take offense to what I say, because I'm going to be honest. The forum from what I saw was boring. And all I saw was the error page. The colors are almost conflicting, they are boring. It seems like your fonts aren't the same, at all. That's another thing that isn't very appealing.

We could do much more reviewing and helping you if you didn't set the whole forum to Registered Viewers only. Smile

I don't want to create an account just to review your forum. Please unhide it...

Also the colour bands in the error messages looks very unprofessional.

Wow, it changed since I reviewed it. How are people supposed to decide whether or not to join if the one and only thing they see on arrival is "Error..."?
