I've just launched my new site today, and wanted some comments on it?

You should fix those grammatical errors.
On your index, you should capatilize all words other than maybe "and" in the forum titles. Think about adding some rules or guidelines for posting, as well as a topic describing what consequences exist for breaking these rules.
I like your affiliate-buttons at the bottom, but a separate page designated for affiliation and such would be a good idea. The skin looks good in terms of cleanliness, but it doesn't have anything other than the logo's font maybe that links your board with Anime at a glance. Try to come up with a banner or buttons maybe that reflect more strongly the board's focus.
I like the pagerank at the bottom, I think I'll add it to my site. Try to get that rank up, though, by getting some other sites to link to yours through affiliation.

Wow an Anime site 
A good start, theme looks decent but not too flashy. The grey could be changed for instance... Maybe you can mod it even more. Also the buttons could be modified as well...
There are way too many forums to begin with, and most visitors don't like seeing "0 posts" on MANY forums, so I suggest you combine many similar forums under a parent forum to make it look more compact, simpler to post and show MORE posts (by also counting sub-forum posts).
And the bottom part of the site looks like it has not rendered properly, because of the sudden white blocks...
Otherwise everything else looks okay, such as banner, page rank is superb I might add it to my site as well!!
