I've seen a lot of talk about moderator manuals/user guides. I really need one of these for my site, and was wondering what steps you took to write yours. Do you have any tips to give me or recources to help? Thanks in advance for your time/effort.

If you are talking about the User Guidelines for a forum like Patrick has then I may be able to help you. All you do is create them upon you're community and the type of community you run. The age of the members are also a big thing to base them on. If they are fairly young then base them stricter and if they are fairly older then base them a bit lighter. _________________ Brent Kincer - AdminsCube.com Owner

Get this download and install it then configure the language files to suit your own requirements.
For more input to your own requirements, ask your members and that way they will feel that they have played a greater role on your forum than just being a member.
Your members like to be consulted and many of them will have plenty of idea's that will help you out and they are the first one's you should ask when it comes to seeking advice.
