Hello all. 
When you take a look at this and you see the "staff site" link what are your thoughts? I'm wondering if you think it interferes with the rest of the menu icons, it doesn't do to much, but I'm no expert so I would know where to modify the overall_header.tpl.
Does it look too ugly, and should I move it? Or does it look fine where it is?

I dont see a link =/
I imagine though that if you put it alongside the rest of the links currently there and make it look like the rest, then there would be no problem.

There is no *staff site* link on the page you linked to. I can't find it either. We found the link to the site - just not the "staff site" once we got there

The link must be inside the switch for User logged in and thats why we cant see it.
My personal opinion is that I dont like image buttons for links and I have removed all images from templates that use them for navigation and replaced them with text links which at the end of the day, are much easier to maintain if you are adding links at all.
