Well thanks for sharing that info with me Patrick:) I agree that the site layout and content are also important...I havent had any complaints that my site is crappy though lol...so it's probably just the fact that I am not a good promoter/advertiser. I think what I need is a partner who can help me in the areas that I lack skills in such as promoting and advertisement methods. I would be willing to make this person an administrator or moderator of my forum and i'd also split the revenue with this person. I am just not sure where to find a person that is trustworthy and intuitive enough to help me run my website.

Thanks for providing a community for administrators of other communities. I'm surprised it hasn't been done before as it's a brilliant idea.
