friends,
i have few regarding the transfer of board. i really like to look of invision power board and i am planning to shift from phpbb to invision but i have never used invision before.
so i wanted to know, is it possible to carry your database from phpbb to invision? if so how and if there is any tutorial to it, please let me know. moreover i would also like to know that how different is invision from phpbb on safety side and administration side.

I'm almost 100% sure that Invision company has a phpBB to Invision converter.
Invision is a very powerful software, and a very complex Admin Panel, might take some time getting used to but it's high-quality forum software, one of the best for sure.
Go to Invision's OWN site, I'm sure there are tons of people who aer more than willing to help you convert from phpBB to Invision.
