I find it bit too green, it's a bit tiresome for my eyes, but elegant indeed. You need to start even more topics, although I see the handful of members you have are indeed active. BEst of luck with it and keep us posted _________________ Webmaster articles, tutorials and topics |

I'm planning on a colour redesign in the near-future - reducing the brighter green and using more off-white.
As for the topics, yes, I really ought to be making/promoting more, however, right now I'm concentrating a bit more on fostering discussions in the preexisting threads first. I find members don't start making threads until they've posted quite a bit in a discussion, so once there's some more big discussions I'll get back to thread-posting.
Thanks for the input.
edit: I redesigned the theme. _________________ - Elbie |

It stands out, which isn't something I can usually say about a forum. The colors aren't exactly my cup of tea, perhaps a bit "one color" for my taste, but otherwise I like the overall layout. I think you're on the right track. _________________ Chrispian H. Burks

That's quite a... unique colour scheme and template you have there. Colours: well, as mentioned by some others: not my cup of tea... again, the design looks good and compact.
Restricting the width of the forum view and the topics view is a great way to make a sleek design. I like that. _________________ Literary Forums

I don't like how it's scrunched in, but I do like everything else. It's very nice. |

I'm still experimenting a bit with the colours. I'm happy with the olive combination I have now, but may play with it more in the future. I'm a bit more concerned about content right now than improving aesthetics.
On a sillier note, the tea I'd been drinking at the time was in fact what influenced the colour scheme.

*nods* The theme gets a bit too scrunchy on lower resolutions - a mistake of mine and I plan to try and rearange things a bit to fix that. _________________ - Elbie |

I see you have changed the colours a bit. It's a good improvement. And the elements all stand out well.
Still needs a bit of breathing space (room) IMO. But it's nice... _________________ Toons & Comics Community
