- I have installed the SEO hack.
- Template used is modified by me.

Don't see too many modifications  I see you have changed the logo (I would try to let the girl have more of the face in the template. She looks cut).
The theme is a nice one and I also use it. iCGstation, elegant and light.
You have many forums and not too many threads. I would try to work on the new threads more. Start new ones daily and you'll have an active looking forum.
