Did some organizing of the index. Added some features. There's a new template (Implicit Desire) fully customized (including banner). Here's the banner, which blends in with the black background:

I added said template because I really want to use it.

Anyone can take a look without having to register using the test account:

Lastly, the member here under the username Nick has provided us a registered domain ( www.theinfinityprogram.com ) without condition or cost. He has my thanks. It's currently being updated to our nameservers.

I've spent so much time on this forum... and yet I'm not nearly completely satisfied. But then again, how many people ever are? Probably not many.

This comment of yours in your original post is what leads to compulsive buying of new domains and hosting packages as once you have a forum setup, as an Administrator you are never happy with and continually make changes.

I found though that the members dont particularly like that and after awhile you start getting complaints about all the additions changes etc so to satisfy your own desite to improve things, it is a natural progression to start a new site with a new domain name Very Happy

I know, I now have 12 sites up and running all with different themes and I really hope now that I am satisfied with what I have achieved. I need to be because I just spent 36 hours of the weekend just gone setting up and finalising 2 new sites and at the same time putting the finishing touches to a new template that I will publicly relase next weekend.

Enough from me though ... I am off now to check out your work.

Throughout the more than two years of my forum's existence, I have only moved once, and that's only because a friend of mine offered to host the forum on his paid server space. Otherwise, I would have been content with the service and would have had no intention to move for a long time. The domain that Nick has offered me is the only change besides the compulsory changing of the domain brought upon by the only move my forum has ever gone through. However, the domain Nick provided is not going to be in replacement of the current one, but will be set up as an alias. (By the way, people keep thinking I mean "redirect", when I do in fact mean "alias"; something different, and they also warn me that there will be problems, but it was already easily done (there's already an alias in place for the forum, and it was put in place because the friend I mentioned bought a new domain to his site, and the forum is connected to this site).) I haven't constantly moved around, nor will I ever adopt this practice. I share your notion, and my practice has reflected this.

My never being satisfied is confined to my forum index (and, even so, I'm not making changes too often; I've only made about four small changes in the last year) and the aesthetics (which I'm not changing drastically; what I mean is that I may add a new template, or make a small customization, etcetera).
