Have you seen or personally used Windows Vista yet?

Not in person. I've seen screenshots, etc., of course. I expect that the first time I use it will be when I buy a new PC sometime later this year (probably). But, maybe not. Smile

I will be buying a PC in the next four years, however I have only screenscreenshot from a friend in England, not first hand stuff.

Requires a lot of RAm I hear. >_<

I won't be touching it until at least 1-2 service packs come out for it. Right now it's just not a good enough product to be released, in my opinion. It no doubt will be given a little time (6 months-1 year) but I don't think they should have put it out yet.

I wish it had the original name Longhorn. I thought that sounded better than Vista, but I guess Vista is more marketable.

Kinda like the Nintendo Revolution=Wii.

I seriously doubt I'm getting it, unless Microsoft forces me, in which case I'll switch to a Mac.

I've only had XP for less than a year, so I'm in no hurry to upgrade, even though my PC is supposedly Vista compatible. I might do it in a few years, after they've had time to iron out all the kinks that appear from daily usage.

Vista will probably force me to Apple in the near future. Too bad, actually.
