| Hello. My forum is growing rapidly. 3000+ users in 20 days. I have a $12/month unlimited bandwidth shared hosting plan with HostGator. I have already been suspended late one night for server loads of 20-35! Is this normal? Dedicated servers are so expensive and I'm only making about 50 cents daily from Google Adsense ads. So...any advice would be welcome. |

You may not need a better hosting plan, you may just need a different host or a strong plan with your current host. Most "unlimited bandwidth" plans aren't really, especially for such a low price.
If your host is suspending you often it may be in your best interests to either talk to them directly about what options you have, or just switch hosts to someone that won't have that problem.
