Hello,
I have received some nice ideas for another forum of mine in here and I thought I should also submit another to find out what you all think about it.
The forum is Webmaster Tips & Tricks
I am running phpBB (with a modded iCGstation theme). I have installed many hacks and also tweaked the index and some files.
I would like to get some constructive input and ideas for improvement.

Can you prioritize your image downloads? The header was the last image to load, and yet I could scroll to the bottom and see all the other images. In fact, I had scrolled all the way down and back up, and the sideline had still not loaded.
Otherwise, looks nice. A bit busy, very little aesthetic blank space, but with the type of site you are running, that's expected.
