Great colour scheme ... I love it.
The only downside I see is the chatbox.
Now I am not a fan of them though I do have one on my games forum and the location of it is vital to having the members post in the forum of course so by placing the chatbox at the top of the forum, it really defeats the purpose of having a forum as that is the first and probably only place people will to to.

Too. Many. Forums.
Just include some of those in the forum description of more generally focused forums and you'll be a lot better off (as well as have fuller forums). And ~HG~'s right - with all those forums, what's the point of a shoutbox? Create an IRC channel or something.
